SMTD Holding founded on 2021 in Berlin Germany, SMTD main focus is to control the business flow and commercial activities of its branches.

SMTD active branches are Darman Qalb Arya Co, Ltd/ Tapesh Negar Shargh Ltd / Mehr Afarin Fidar Ltd / Noavaran Ehya Qalb Iranian Ltd, all these companies are active in Iran and operating in medical equipment industry.  Following is a brief explanation of what we do in Iran.

Incepted in 2007, Darman Qalb Aria ltd., headquartered in Iran (Mashhad),with focus on supplying high value and high impact medical device products, imports and markets disposable medical devices. The primary areas of our interest are cardiovascular, cardio-surgery, neurovascular and neurosurgery. Focusing on Interventional and Vascular Surgery, our attempt is to supply high quality devices required for a successful intervention.

D.Q.A has provided the highest level of marketing and services for more than a decade in the country.

  Noavaran Ehya Qalb Iranina Co. (NEQI Co.) is a brand-new company that was founded to expand the product portfolio of SMTD holdings in advanced wound care, general surgery,and Neurosurgery fields throughout the Iran market. We currently represented two Indian and Chinese brands on cardiovascular products and are about to become a Korea  brand in laparoscopy and a Japanese brand for the general field.

Tapesh Negar Shargh established and started its activities in the medical field in 2006, in Mashhad, Iran.

Tapesh Negar Shargh mostly concentrates on the field of cardiology including the following product lines:

Cardiovascular intervention devices and accessories

Electrophysiology catheters, electrodes and accessories

Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) pacemakers, leads and programmers

Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG) surgical devices.
